    Detailed description of cooling fan ball bearing

    Ball bearings have higher noise and higher prices than oil-containing cooling fans, but their advantages are higher reliability and longer service life than oil-containing bearings.
    2. It is generally believed that the greater the heat dissipation, the higher the heat dissipation characteristics of the mechanical equipment that must be heated.
    In fact, this is a false perception. The advantages of a large fan depend on the length of the fan blade and the large total cooling area, so the total air flow is very large.
    However, if the design is not good, the heat dissipation capacity of large fans will not be as good as that of small fans.
    Finally, look at the blades of the cooling fan. If the other parts of the same fan are consistent, it is difficult to increase the displacement simply by changing the blade from five to seven pieces.
    However, in terms of the rotational speed ratio of the fan, the rotational speed ratio of the seven fan blades will be less than the rotational speed ratio of the five fan blades(under the same conditions as natural ventilation). If you choose a seven-blade cooling fan, the rolling bearing will be damaged, the oil leakage will be reduced, and the service life of the fan will be extended.
    If the velocity of five blades and seven blades are the same, the exhaust volume of seven blades will be greater.
    The higher the speed ratio of the cooling fan, the shorter the relative service life and the greater the noise.
    In addition, the thicker the fan blade of the cooling fan, the larger the leaf tilt angle and the greater the standard pressure.
    The inlet angle(greater than 45 °) of the fan blade of the cooling fan is one of the key factors in determining the exhaust volume of the cooling fan.
